1. 国家自然科学基金面上项目(2016), DNA中甲基、羟甲基、醛基胞嘧啶多位点检测及胞嘧啶羟甲基修饰的方法研究.
2. 国家自然科学基金青年基金(2014),新型可诱导DNA甲基转移酶和组蛋白甲基转移酶抑制剂的设计合成,构效关系和活性研究。

研究方向
1.小分子探针的开发:开发针对非规则核酸如甲基化核酸、Z型DNA、碱基错配、G四链体结构、交联核酸的小分子探针,能够选择性的作用于这些特殊核酸结构及位点,并且将探针分子与光响应的小分子、药物分子、纳米材料结合,达到生物学研究中的选择性检测或治疗的目的。
2.核酸表观遗传修饰的检测:开发针对DNA甲基化、microRNA、环状RNA的高选择性、高灵敏度的检测方法,并实现了在临床肿瘤样品中的应用。 团队围绕着修饰核酸,包括表观遗传学修饰以及人工修饰的核酸,在核酸的检测、调控方面取得了一些成果,发现了一些比较好的检测方法和调控手段,下一步我们希望在现有基础上利用这些研究方法和手段,能够在基因层面上对相关的生物功能和机理的研究取得一些突破,并真正将检测技术应用于临床疾病的早期检测和诊断。
